Goat Cheese, Spinach, and Kalamata Pizza

This one was a hit! I used the pizza dough recipe from EatLiveRun and it is super easy.
Olive oil
Goat cheese (I use Chevre, but any brand/cheese you want will work)
Kalamata olives

After letting the dough rise for an hour press it into a cookie sheet (I used my Silpat so the dough wouldn’t stick) and add your toppings. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes. If you want more of a crunch, you could always remove the pizza at 10 minutes and place directly on the oven rack.
Notes: I used way too many olives and it was overwhelming..I suggest using them sparingly 🙂
