Anna’s Morning Juice

I make a green sludge drink every morning in order to start my day off with lots of veggies. This one is from this morning. I take a large glass and Robert takes a shot glass. Baby steps..


  • 3 strawberries (thaw them if frozen)
  • lots of kale
  • beets
  • a few carrots
  • 3 inch cut of cucumber
  • 1/2 cup of water (or more if its too sludgy)
  • splash of lime (optional)
