I make a green sludge drink every morning in order to start my day off with lots of veggies. This one is from this morning. I take a large glass and Robert takes a shot glass. Baby steps..
- 3 strawberries (thaw them if frozen)
- lots of kale
- a few carrots
- 3 inch cut of cucumber
- 1/2 cup of water (or more if its too sludgy)
- splash of lime (optional)
